I think that seems an Acrylic, or Guache (sp?) painting!!

Aww, I like it! I think it has this woman-like look to it that Gardevour (is that spelled right?! I can never remember... -_-) has as a pokemon. I think it most certainly looks better than many of the "gijinka" I've seen on the Internet before. >.>
