3rd Gen Bagon?

Where do you find a bagon.

You find a bagon in meteor falls.They are pretty rare.They are only found in one square.

Youl need waterfall and surf.

Climb the water fall at meteor falls and make your way to the back room (It's pretty much a rectangle with some water youll need to cross.

Upon doing this, look for bagon in the BACK of the back room, be patient.

i found it right away lol, but i still havent seen latias or a shiny in my game

It's quite common... in the little room at the end of the Meteor Falls is the TM dragon claw. In that room Bagon is there, and certainly a lot more common than just one square.

Its found everywhere in the room, not just the upper part

I only find it in the upper room..
