I found some more dumb rumors from Red & Blue.
After catching Mewtwo, look around and fight a lot of PKMN and you should run into Mew.
Teach Snorlax surf and go to Cinnabar. Surf up and down the east part of Cinnabar twenty times. Go to the Safari Zone and the first PKMN you see will be Dipogathie. Catch him and then fight another PKMN, and it will be Pikablu.
Use the Itemfinder in front of Bill's house. You'll find a bottle in the river with a note in it. It says something about Pikablu and its location.
Talk to one of the guards surrounding Saffron 1000 times and he will give you Doomsday, Bruno, and Dofunyan. Then he will tell you that they are sympathy presents because your mother died. Go back to Pallet and your mother will be on the ground. There will be a PKMN next to your mother, who is on the ground. Fight the PKMN (Pikaish,) and if you capture it, she will live. If not, you can fight the ghost of your mother. In your house on the table, there will be Mewtwo's sister, Mewsta and a new, updated Pokedex.
Go to Bill's house with these PKMN in this order: Dratini, Dragonair, Dragonite, Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres and he will let you into his garden.
Go to Bill's house with Eevee, Flareon, Jolteon, Vaporeon, Mew, and Mewtwo and he will give you Togepi and let you into his cave and garden.
To find Pikablu you must talk to Mr. Physcic and then go to the waters around Cerulean City consantly hitting the A button. You should find a ball with a note in it talking of a PKMN referred to as Pikablu. It will say the location of her as well.
There is an HM06. Supposedly it gets you to secred places like the Island of Mew, Charmander Field, Bulbasaur Forest, and Squirtle Lake.
Dinonix
This is the evolved form of Onix. Trade a level 60 Onix four times and it should evolve into Dinonix.
Diniox 2
Give Onix the Moon Stone and it will evolve.
Super Powered Rydon
1. Go to Viridian and talk to the guy who tells you how to catch a Weedle. Say YES then NO. After he shows you, fly to Cinnabar.
2. Surf along the right side of Cinnabar. Then catch a "MISSINGNO"
3. Go to your PKMN PC Box and deposit one of your PKMN and then hit "Withdraw PKMN" choose Missingno but don't withdraw him. Look at his stats twice before withdrawing again.
Another Pikablu Code
To get Pikablu anytime, go to Rocket Game Corner and go to where Giovanni was. Talk to both gaurds and then leave and beat the Elite Four. After you beat them, go back and talk to the guards again and then go talk to Prof. Oak and he will say "Giovanni was looking for you!" Then go outside and go up to your room and Giovanni will be there. He will give you HM06. Then go behind the Secret House in the Safari Zone and use the Itemfinder. It should beep and then use your pokeflute and Pikablu should appear. Talk to him and then you will fight him. Catch him with a masterball.
Undergroung Market/Town
I got this one from a friend. Have your dig TM with you. You must also have Blastoise. 1. First teach dig to Blastoise.
2. Go to Diglett's Tunnel
3. Keep walking around for a Dugtrio
4. When you see one, run from it.
5. Then use the itemfinder
6. It should beep
7. Dig WHERE IT SOUNDED, in other cases, lets say that you must dig where the "item" is, which in this case will be an entrance to the Underground Market/Town.
8. When you dig, you should land in the Market/Town
9. In the Market, you can buy the blue stone, green stone, lightning stone, Mist stone, and unknown stone that is worth 999999 yen, and it makes three duplicates of the pokemon used on, same stats, pokemon, and attacks.
