Although you may level up pokemon too, they gain 2 max hp every level and from Lv.30 onwards gain 4 max hp every level, you may take a level too.
You may NOT heal the same pokemon you level up or, hurt the same you level down. Max level - 100. You can only heal pokemon that aren't at their max
hp.
Remove the pokemon if it goes down to Level 0 or 0hp.
