IMPORTANT: Dawn's Piplup vs. Ash's Oshawott

Both were pretty similar - they hate being in their PokéBalls, never evolved, and were pretty over-the-top.

* - here in poland we don't call him like americans do (Just Ahsh), but call Serena like americans do instead how japanese do/how it's spelled, go figure

But TBH Dawn's Piplup gets too much hate and is becoming a running gag, this guy really needs love, i kinda felt sad for him when some pokemon made him mad, and he imagen his trainer would hug him only to yell at him
