This is my first ever team to build up, so I don't know if it's good or not. I would be using it in WiFi random battles or just against friends over WiFi...
Please give me critique on the team, I tried to look up as much as possible.

  • So far, your team looks good. Despite the fact that there are quite a lot of Steel-types on your team, you have Pokemon that cover their weaknesses. Here's my advice.

My first priority move is to put Forretress in place of Ferrothorn, that's because Forretress packs Rapid Spin, an important support move which removes entry hazards. Spikes is preferred for its second moveslot as one of your Pokemon already packs Stealth Rock. (Heatran)

For Vaporeon I'd suggest Roar instead of Toxic, as not only it's more accurate, but it also works through Substitutes. It's a nice idea to rack up entry hazard damage.

For Heatran I'd recommend HP Grass as Thundurus already packs HP Ice. It OHKOes Gastrodon and Quagsire which HP Ice cannot. Watch out for Levitating Dragons though, as well as opposing Dragonite, as they counter sets that run HP Grass.

These words of advice should help you score a few victories. Good luck in your battles.

  • I wouldn't recommend Flame Body on Heatran. Flash Fire makes it immune to Fire moves while powering up its own, giving it an extra type to switch into, hence making Flash Fire the absolute preferred ability on Heatran, no questions asked.

My Heatran actually has Flash Fire, I accidentally wrote Flame Body there! But thanks Boilurn for the advice, I'll be trying out my team soon. :>
