Okay, I actually legitimately love this idea. The whole food-Pokémon thing has become a series convention, and the idea of "tempura frying" a Pokémon to give it a Fire typing is very clever. My only critique is that Tynamo is actually a pure Electric type! No Water included. Which is weird because it is classified as "The EleFish Pokémon", so really, why remove the Water typing from an aquatic creature? Besides, I'm 100% certain its design is based on the African Knifefish, seeing as neither the Knifefish nor Tynamo have any caudal, pelvic, or anal fins, both have long, slender bodies, both have a dorsal fin that extends beyond the tail section, both uses ribbon-like movement of the dorsal fin to propel themselves, and both create electric fields! The African Knifefish also can be completely white in coloration! Tynamo certainly matches that description more than any Electrophorus species, in my opinion.
Ah... sorry. I got a bit carried away there.
*ahem*
Anyway, I love the concept of a tempura fried fish being classified as its own Pokémon, plus the nod to every pseudo-canon implication that people actually eat Pokémon. While I think Tynamo is the perfect recipient for this recipe, you might want to consider another small, unremarkable fish Pokémon that actually has a Water typing so your fakemon fits its description in a narrative sense. Remoraid, Barbroach, Arrokuda, Wishiwashi [Solo Forme], or Finneon might make for good alternatives? Just something to consider!
But hey, at the end of the day, it's your fakemon and you can design it however you like! My whole schpiel was more about expounding on the inconsistencies with the distinct aquatic nature of Tynamo; not to persuade you to redraw your unique creation. Fulpura came out great and you should be proud of it! :D
