But it's not shiny, it doesn't have perfect IVs in all stats, and therefore you aren't getting Manaphy for it. Goodbye.

well what you could do is play fire red go to the Pokemon mansion, catch a box full of dittos, and find one that has a relaxed nature, then trade it over to diamond or pearl whichever one you have.
