I was looking over some things on movesets, and thought of a interesting moveset that makes Arcanine actually usable. Here it is:

Request an Individual Move Set Thread

    Arcanine @ Petaya Berry
    Trait: Intimidate
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 6 Spe
    IVs: 31 HP (not absolutely needed) / 31 SpA / 31 Spe
    - Agility
    - Flamethrower
    - Substitute
    - Dragon Pulse

Set Comments: Agility on the switch making his Speed now 454 after the Agility, allowing him to outspeed non-Scarf threats. Sub down until Petaya Berry activates, giving him 492 Special Attack (which is pretty impressive). With a hunky 384 HP, he gives out some decent Subs as well (I think it was 96 HP Subs *guessing*). With some also decent coverage with STAB Flamethrower and Dragon Pulse, hitting most types (not super effective, but good). Intimidate always helps out a bit with Physical hits also.

PS: D_A from my last RMT: I was not saying people rating my team said it sucked, I don't mind criticism. It was people PMing me that my team sucked (straight forward, no criticism), and I was annoyed, so I shut it down. Plus, it didn't seem that great of a team afterall.

Edit: I will do some calculations later, I have done a bit too much right at the moment. D:

Kind of a worse Empoleon eh? Besides, it's total Heatran/Gyarados/waters bait. I mean, there's a reason nobody uses Arcanine in OUs. But if you use such a set, use HP Ground at least to do something to Heatran, and remove Substitute and let SR do the killing. Arcanine needs all the coverage it can get.

Though really life Orb and Agility would be a lot easier to pull off.

    Salamence @ Life Orb
    Trait: Intimidate
    EVs: 120 Atk / 136 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Rash Nature (+SAtk, -SDef)
    - Draco Meteor
    - Fire Blast
    - Brick Break
    - Roost

Most run 176 Speed / 80 Attack these days to beat Adamant/Modest Lucario, which you probably should do too since getting outsped sucks.

    Thankyee =]

Ive making a Special Sweeper Octirllerry
    -Charge beam
    -Flamethrower
    -Psychic
    -Okta zooka
What could be improved here and i also want a mixed wall what would be best

Octazooka= Moot. Standard Special "Sweeping" (Base 45 speed is slowwwww) Octillery are as follows:

    Octillery@Choice Specs
    Modest (Sniper)
    252SpAtt/252Spd/6HP
    Surf
    Ice Beam
    Energy Ball
    HP Elecrtic/Psychic

Alternatively you could strap on a life orb/lum berry, charge beam in the final slot and suction cups for the ability to act as a batton pass reciver.

Cresselia and Bronzong spring to mind as dual walls, as does a curse-bearing snorlax. Follow this link and click on the poke's name to find the standard sets.

That's the smogon standard defensive drapion, so the set's fine. Earthquake and Knock Off are also usable in the 4th slot.

I was thinking of making an OU Baton Pass Lafeon set. Maybe by reducing some of the Atk EVs, I could add them to HP and Speed to allow it to take a hit while being able to keep up/outspeed its opponent so that it could SD up and BP away. The set below is what I was thinking, but let me know if I should just keep it standard or maybe another Spread/Set I could use. I still want to keep it non-Wish Baton Passing.

    Leafeon @ Leftovers
    Ability: Leaf Guard
    EVs: 158HP/100Atk/252Spe
    Jolly Nature (+Spe, -SpAtk)
    Baton Pass
    Swords Dance
    Roar
    Leaf Blade

I believe this set can outrun Neutral Base 105-110'ers. Maybe even some faster stuff. Roar so that i can get rid of anything I know that won't let me SD than Baton Pass. Leaf Blade is the STAB move to allow me to stay in on stuff (not planning on staying in on Ice Beam Vaporeon though). With Base 130 Defense, I didn't add any EVs because it's already tanky enough in that area. SpDef worries me a little but like I said, I probabaly won't even stay in on stuff like MixApe, and definitely won't stay in on Empoleon, Vaporeon, anything with a powerful Ice Beam/Flamethrower/HP [Ice/Fire]. Let me know if I should change anything. Thanks.

@ Feuer: You can try this set for Baton Passing:

    Leafeon@ Salac Berry
    Jolly, Leaf Guard
    X Hp, Y Att, Z Def, 112 Spe
    - Wish/Leaf Blade
    - Endure
    - Baton Pass
    - Leaf Blade/Swords Dance

This is a nifty little set I had thought up for Leafeon in the past. The point is to use Wish as it switches in, then use Endure the following turn if you know the attack is going to OHKO you. This immediately activates the Salac Berry, allows you to survive an attack, and gives you 50% due to wish. You need Baton Pass as you can scout the opponent and pass the +1 stage of speed. Usually one would want Leaf Blade for an attempt at a late game sweep or alteast KOing one poke before passing or attempting a sweep if you've scouted enough.

However, you said you wanted to pass Swords Dance with him. This will be tricky, but you can pull it off. First of all, you would indeed be very Taunt weak. However, you will probably only get one clean shot at this, so they won't be able to stop you the second time (not to say you shouldn't attempt it if the opportunity arises). The plan is to SD on the switch, use Endure to activate the berry, then BP it. If you know the move cannot OHKO you, then you can use SD as they switch, Wish as they hit you hard and fail to OHKO, Endure next to activate the Salac and boost your Hp back up to 50%, and then Baton Pass the next turn to avoid getting taken out. This means the technique can somewhat be repeated, as Leafeon can switch back in again. It's up to you.

The Ev's are as following with your game plan:
X: 208 // Y: 188 // Z: 0 - This is used with Leaf Blade in mind. Gives you plenty of bulk and makes sure you OHKO standard Swampert 100% of the time with Leaf Blade.
X: 252 // Y: 0 // Z: 144 - This is used with Swords Dance in mind. Gives you the maximum amount of bulk and provides excellent defenses so it will be easier to pull the Swords Dance > Wish > Endure > Baton Pass combination.
Speed should always be at 112 so it can outrun Timid Heatran before the boost and Scarf Heatran after the boost.

Remember, this set can work, but not necessarily thanks to SS being common.

    This set may help ^.^

What would be a good moveset for a vespiquen?

    Standard Defensive Vespiqueen run this:

    Vespiqueen @ Leftovers
    Impish
    248 HP / 252 Def / 8 Spe
    -Attack Order
    -Toxic
    -Heal Order / Roost
    -Defend Order

Or, go for an unorthadox CB Queen (!!!)

    Vespiqueen @ Choice Band
    Adamant
    248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Spe
    -Attack Order
    -U-Turn
    -Aerial Ace
    -HP Fighting

    It's terrible though.

    Oh God Vance is back

What are PC EVs for a RestTalk Champ? Smogon has 252 HP/252 Atk/ 6 Def, which is utter poop.

    Those EVs are garbage.

    252 HP / 36 Atk / 216 Def / 6 Spe @ Adamant <--- You want this.

Impish can be used to be take hits even better, and your Attack is still respectable for a defensive Poke.

Too many EVs sport, needs 4 less Speed and you're at 508.

D_A also has a defensive spread for it. I haven't used it so I can't compare this one to that one but I'm sure it's alright.

    Leafeon @ Salac Berry
    Ability: Leaf Guard
    EVs: 252HP/144Def/112/Spe
    Jolly Nature (+Spe, -SpAtk)
    - Wish
    - Endure
    - Baton Pass
    - Leaf Blade
OK, thanks for that set Rhys. I think I'll use the more defensive approach. It seems you've had some succes with this set so I'll give it a try. It being able to outspeed Heatran is also a good thing. Plus, it seems fairly easy to pull off.
    1st. Wish
    2nd. Endure
3rd. Swords Dance (knowing Salac will stop you from fainting, along with Wish)
    4th. Baton Pass
    It's simple. I like it.

    Actually, you want:

    1. Swords Dance: Do so on the switch so you get the boost.
    2. Wish/Endure: Wish if you know the oncoming attack will not OHKO you, Endure if you know it will.
    3. Endure/Baton Pass: Endure to make sure the second attack will not KO you and get the Wish boost, Baton Pass if you Endured last turn to pass the boosts on to your sweeper along with Wish.
    4. Baton Pass/-: Baton Pass the speed and attack to your sweeper and prepare Leafeon for a second attempt at this if you fail to sweep (the second option side would have already completed it's task).

EDIT: If anyone needs Ev's for a specific set to do a list of things, post here or pm me as I can save you the trouble.

I need a bulky set for luxray that has a quiet nature and perfect iv's in Def and SpAtk please.:D
Quiet Luxray... here's a stab at what it should basically look like imo:

    Luxray@ Leftovers
    Quiet, Intimidate
    X Hp, Y Def, Z Sp.A
    - Charge
    - Discharge
    - Superpower/Crunch
    - Hidden Power [Ice]

    X: 204 // Y: 168 // Z: 136 - Bulkiest variation. Hits jp in Sp.A and mln in Hp.
    X: 140 // Y: 192 // Z: 176 - Defensive variation. Focused on Def and Sp.A and mln in Hp.
    X: 204 // Y: 88 // Z: 216 - Bulky offense variation. Hits decent Sp.A and mln in Hp.
    X: 140 // Y: 116 // Z: 252 - Offense variation. Focused on Sp.A and mln in Hp.

Anyone got an OU/ non-legendary team I could try out? I need a new team because my old one totally stinks.
If you want a serious team, try an SS T-Tar destruction team:

    - Sp.D T-Tar
    - Sub/Punch Cacturne
    - Agility Empoleon
    - Wall Gliscor/Swampert
    - CB Scizor
    - Choice Bulky sweeper

If you want to try something original, here's a team I am thinking about starting that will surely annoy everyone everywhere:

    - Pressure Stall Weavile
    - Spore/Punch Breloom
    - DD Salamence
    - Counter/Mirror Coat RstTlk Swampert
    - ParaFlinch Togekiss
    - RstTlk Cresselia

What is the latest sweeping set, or at least the most offensive set for Breloom?

I'd love to use Spore, but if it doesn't fit in with the offensive set, so be it.

Ah, Sporepuncher Breloom. One of my favorite sets.

Breloom @ Toxic Orb / Life Orb
    Trait: Poison Heal
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Spore
    - Focus Punch
    - Seed Bomb
    - Stone Edge

Realistically, you don't need max Speed, but I ran it just in case (and it can be worth it). An alternative EV spread is Jolly @ 252 Atk / 64 Def / 192 Spd, which outruns 36 Speed Zapdos and Celebi. You lose power though, and while sleeping Zapdos is cool, Adamant is better.

EDIT: Don't use the SD set. It sucks.
