    their the numbers that increase when you pokemon levels up. they are in categories of: Attack, Defese, Special Defense, Special Attack, and Speed. Pokemon Diamond/Pearl/Platinum can usually find this on the 3rd page of a pokemons stats...

    Sorry Yamega is a no^^; it's because of the fact it has high IVs, while still holding the right hidden power of ice. However I would trade it if you were not to redistribute it.

    All fossil pokemon (Cranidos, Shieldon, Omanyte, Kabuto, Anorith, and Lilleep)
    All pseudo legendaries 1st evolutions (Aron, Dratini, Bagon, Gible, and Larvitar)

    Munchlax
    Feebas (Will trade to you with maxed out Beauty, on request)

    Gender on request for all offers. (You want a female Riolu? You got it!)
    Certain items also available on request.
    All of these can be infected with the Pokerus, on request.
