It seem these ddos'rs are back at it again.. We're working, yet again, with our network techs to limit the attack but until its mitigated, PC will be slow and/or time out from time to time.

Stay tuned for more updates (if I can even post them)

    Yeah rukario

It's alright we can't stop DDOS'ers unless we change lots of our info such as IP.

But if you can't do anything about it, we will understand and will continue to use these forums when this problem is fixed.
    Goodluck

Sad to hear, but hopefully the community will be back and running better than ever soon enough.

    Good Luck on it though...

Well it looks like these lame attackers are back, hitting us on and off again..

We've taken steps, yet again, to slow down the attack, but as per usual, you may experience slow page loads and various time outs during this.

Thanks for your understanding and support of the community.

    Still, go for it.

people or groups of people like to think they're tough stuff on the internet so they will attempt to take websites offline or deface them leaving their information behind.
They should get jailed for what they are doing for the PokeCommunity Forums.

its not just PC they attack.. its all the IPs on the server.. it really hammers Apache (the web page server) and slows down or crashes it..
We do try to stay on top of it, but there is only so much you can do.

Visiting PC while attacks are happening won't cause any harm to your computer. Not unless PC is hacked and the hacker(s) add some cookie stealing scripts etc

Well my dad say it cause Harm :3... Im confused.. Who is correct?
The only harm that can be done is if PC is affected with a virus, but it would need to be hacked first so there really is no harm at all

    Well, better be careful...

But is there something to be scared about this... D-DOS?

Because if there is, better prepare... XD
There is nothing to be scared of, the attackers will give up eventually with whatever they're trying to do
