Brotherhood, I mean i like what they did in the original but the actual storyline of the manga that Brotherhood follows is so much better.

Same here. I didn't really like the first season tho :/

Oh. Well, do you guys like the first season or the second season better?

I loved both the original FMA season, and the Brotherhood season. But, my favorite would have to go to Brotherhood, because it followed the storyline of the manga. Also, the graphics were improved since the 2003 anime.

To wait for Cartoon Network will take you forever to finish. I still say you're better off watching your one a week at Funimation.
