I was checking Pokebeach a few minutes ago, and I found information that is supposedly from a reliable source here it is:

NOTE: THIS INFO WAS OBTAINED FROM POKEBEACH.COM
    Other Pokemon Information

    • There are two fossils - a turtle and a bird.
    • There are a pair of Bug/Steel Pokemon (a spider and a bug with knight armor), a Grass/Steel Pokemon, and a Steel/Dark Pokemon (nicknamed "Power Ranger" because it resembles one).
    • Seven Poison Pokemon are new. Three of them are #543/#544/#545 (Bug/Poison), a mushroom and his evo (unknown numbers), and a pure Poison type and his evo (unknown numbers). The pure Poison-type is described as "interesting to say the least."
    • There is a Grass/Steel Pokemon that looks like a metal ball with green spikes. When it evolves tentacles come out.
    • A Grass/Poison mushroom Pokemon is also new.
    • Seven new Ice-types are in the game - the Dragon/Ice Legendary, a polar bear and its evolution (which is described as "cute and fierce"), a three-stage line, and a standalone Ice-type.
    • New types (of Pokemon that have not been revealed yet above) include Water/Ghost, Fire/Ghost, and Fighting/Dark.
    • There are no evolutions or pre-evolutions of existing Pokemon in this generation, meaning Mamanbou is not Luvdisc's evolution (tragic!). This is the first generation without any Pokemon ties to previous generations.
    • There are no split-evolution Pokemon (like Gloom into Vileplume and Bellossom).

BTW, THERE IS A SAMPLE OF THE REGIONAL POKEDEX (FROM RELIABLE SOURCE) AT POKEBEACH WITH SOME NEW POKEMONS! SO CHECK IT OUT!

ALSO, I AM DISSAPOINTED WITH THE STATEMENT THAT SAYS THAT THERE WON'T NEW EVOLUTIONS OR PRE-EVOLUTIONS OF POKEMONS FROM PREVIOUS GENERATIONS. :(

    Other Pokemon Information

    • In total there are now 649 Pokemon (with formes and everything there sure are a lot more!). This generation has eclipsed the first generation in terms of the number of Pokemon - it has 156 brand new Pokemon! You think they would have added ONE MORE to make it 650, but alas. :p Melkor first revealed these numbers last week.

    Game Information

    • Dento's Gym focuses on Grass, Fire, and Water.
    • Aloe is a Normal-type Gym Leader.
    • Other known Gym types are Bug, Ground, and Dragon.
    • There are no Dark, Rock, Psychic, or Poison-type Gyms.

I'm also disappointed about that :(
Also there are several threads that cover this info already

I'm quite disappointed about "There are no evolutions or pre-evolutions of existing Pokemon in this generation, meaning Mamanbou is not Luvdisc's evolution (tragic!). This is the first generation without any Pokemon ties to previous generations" and "There are no split-evolution Pokemon (like Gloom into Vileplume and Bellossom)."

The first part more than the second. I really would liked to seen some upgrades (for Luvdisc at least. That thing is useless right on with Duncy)

I am curious about Dento. Three types? Well THANK GOD it is not another Rock Gym at the beginning. Amen.

And all those other new types...Fire/Ghost...Water/Ghost? What? All this information at once is so much too handle. Its so different. But I love it.

EDIT: I hate the evos of the starters. :(

Yeah I was getting tired of rock gyms!! Gamefreak and Nintendo are getting a little bit more creative in this gen!

    The good:
-Aww...I was expecting the fossils to be more dinosaurs. Maybe the fossils could be: a shell fossil (not shaped like Kabuto) and a feather fossil. The bird fossil could be based on the Archaeopteryx; the turtle fossil could be based on the Archelon.
-Finally; the type combos I've always wanted (Grass/Steel, Water/Ghost and Fire/Ghost)!
-Fighting/Dark is a really good typing offensively.

    The bad:
    -No split-evos? =
-No Gen V Pokemon that evolve from Pokemon of previous gens? There goes the concept of Luvdisc evolving.
-No Dark Gym? A lot of people were waiting in this one and I was one of them.

I honestly don't think I can believe any of this until it's confirmed... Just WAY too much fake information going around...

I'm really excited for the rumored "hydra" psudeo-legendary and the new fossil pokemon (especially the bird). I see it as something similar to this:

    Spoiler:

I honestly don't think all of this is real, I mean all of this at one time? Also, who is this "reliable" source, and just how reliable are they?

Agreed, pretty western. But then again I've always thought Isshu region was supposed to represent an area in the U.S.

    "all at one time"

The game comes out in 8 days? We usually get a large amount of information around this time.

Is this information from Pokemon Pia or something? If so, then I can rely heavily on the list for certain pokemon but as far as ALL of those, I can't trust them.

Isshu is representing New York in this game, yes.
