I tend to like cute Pokemon, although my all-time favorite is Clefairy.

I've always liked fire pokemon, so I guess my first favourite would definitley be Charmander. Some of my other favourites are Altaria, Raichu, and Gengar. My current favourite is, of course, Magmortar :D

Raikou, just because it looks like it's quirky, unstable, and constantly on the verge of doing something completely insane. Fond of the name, too.

Runners up are Houndoom (who couldn't love that cry) and Charizard.

Espeon has been my favourite since i got crystal with Glaceon not far away now, don't care if people say it's a rubbish pokemon, she always holds strongly in battle for me =]

I answered this before, but after 2 years I think I can get away with a new comment! My favourites are always the grass types, I just think their cool, I've never cared much for what pokemon are ''good'' in the games, I just play with my favourites!

Kanto: Bulbasaur (Obviously) but non grass type I've always liked Pidgeotto

Johto: Chikarita is cool, but my fave would have to be Totodile, just for the way he says his name and jumps about!

Hoenn: Gotta be Grovyle! but non grass type Euther Dusklops or Seviper

Sinnoh: Turtwig!! None grass type either Mismagius or Hippopotas

(I know I'm being a little unorignal with my faves being starters, but there you go! lol

My favorite has and always will be Nidoking. He's such a beast. I got started on liking him when they had those toys in the Pokeballs at Burger King and my first one was the nidoking keychain. I carried that thing everywhere with me. Ahh yes, to be young again...

Ninetales has always been my favourite. I remember how hard it was for me to acquire one when I was a kid, since I had the Red version.

Other favourites include Umbreon, Lapras, Mawile, Furret, Sandslash, Delibird, Politoed and of course every single Johto and Kanto starter.

Bellsprout, to be quite frank some of you might think it's weird, but I really like bellsprout, unique!
