Tell me what you are able to offer me, and if you want me to breed you a shiny Charmander you will have to provide me with a normal Charmander. If you want any specific nature, the Charmander you provide me with has to be that specific nature.
If you can not provide me with the things I need I wont be able to get you what you want.
