  • IMO, Ludicolo should be using Rain Dance so that it can benefit from Swift Swim:
    -Hydro Pump/Surf
    -Giga Drain
    -Ice Beam
    -Focus Blast/Rain Dance
    Nature: Modest/Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Damp Rock
    Ability: Swift Swim

Salamence is better off with a Naughty or Naive nature, as Lonely undermines Intimidate a tad. Lum Berry should be the item.

Alakazam is too defensively weak to be using status moves. It's better off all-out attacking:
    -Psyshock/Psychic
    -Shadow Ball
    -Focus Blast
    -Hidden Power (Ice/Fire)/Substitute
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Focus Sash/Life Orb
    Ability: Magic Guard

Lucario should use 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe as its EV spread. ExtremeSpeed is also preferred over Ice Punch or Crunch, as +2 priority is useful.

Garchomp should also use 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe and a Jolly nature.

Is there a pokemon you recommend for status moves to replace alakazam?

You have a few options there.

Breloom does well, being the only OU user of Spore. Though it'll give you another Fire weakness.

    Breloom @ Toxic Orb
    Poison Heal
    Adamant [+Attack; -Special Attack]
    12 HP / 244 Attack / 252 Speed
    - Spore
    - Substitute
    - Focus Punch
    - Seed Bomb

Some Specially Defensive Heatran sets have you throwing around Toxic / Will-O-Wisp.

    Heatran @ Leftovers
    Flash Fire
    Calm [+Special Defense; -Attack]
    248 HP / 252 Special Defense / 8 Speed
    - Lava Plume
    - Stealth Rock / Roar
    - Protect
    - Toxic / Will-O-Wisp

For your team however, I think Jellicent makes a good match.

    Jellicent @ Leftovers
    Water Absorb
    Bold [+Defense; -Attack]
    248 HP / 216 Defense / 44 Speed
    - Scald / Surf
    - Will-O-Wisp / Toxic
    - Recover
    - Taunt

Jellicent can shut down a lot of common offensive threats in OU, like Jirachi, Heatran, Politoed, and recovery reliant Dragonite -- something your team might have problems with -- and defensive threats like Hippowdon, Blissey, and Forretress.
