  • Haha. Hahahah. Ahaha... Hah. Hahhaahha. Nah, I don't think that's always the case ^^ Rather, language always changes with times and places and it's not strange that American English is different from British English or Australian English. All these different kinds have their own words for some things, don't they? "Sadly" I mostly only know American English since that's what is seen most on TV and the internet.

... Maybe it's because it's less sophisticated complicated, come to think of it xD

if it's not always the case, it must just be the accent then :P

Australian, British, then I guess Hispanic. My Mom has a hispanic and it's a cute accent so I guess that would have to be one of my favorites. It's fun when I can understand her but others can't because they haven't had 21 years of experience trying to understand her sometimes engrish. :b

I'll agree with both of you! Australian and British accents are delightful. I am also a huge fan of Jamaican accents because they are so..idk how to put it, but I love them!

  • Oh trust me, the British aren't all that sophisticated. We may seem that way but get us into a pub and we become raging lunatics. As for me I suppose I'd date anyone between 19-25.

  • I use both British and American English interchangeably. I'm looking through this and yeaah I use practically most of them, with some exceptions. Also, I like the z's more than the s's in words as they look better for me lol. And I use colour instead of color.

I prefer dating someone older than me. Any age difference isn't a huge matter, but not too old, please. I don't want to look like I'm dating my father or something lol.

Oh, a change of topic? Accents? British, American, Japanese, Australian. <3

  • Being British, I've always used British English, for everything. I do find it a little annoying when I see things here that are spelt in American English, I have to confess. But still, except a few words, they're pretty much identical. So it doesn't really bother me that much.
It does annoy me when game companies release games like Colors! 3D in Europe without adding a 'u'.

  • Lmao am I the zone here of what? I'm like born in Australia and moved to the UK so while my accent now is heavily British, there are a few people who can pick out the faint Aussi accent I still have hahaha!

  • Apparently I have a strong Virginia accent, but I think it's really only noticeable on certain sounds/words. Jon said that I have a "southern accent but not as bad as Jeff (Aegis for those of you who were around to remember him)" so I guess that counts for something?

All I know is that I have some kind of American accent. I'm not quite sure what kind of american accent it is though. I know it's not really southern or maybe it is??

People say that I have a really distinct southern accent and while I can tell I have one, I don't think it is really strong.

  • I kind of have a hispanic accent when I speak but it's not too noticeable. But I do have a heavy Puerto Rican accent when I speak spanish.
