you must enter either to the left or right side by near the Parfum Palace 'route'.

Vivillon Question

Hi, I am wanting to get ahold of a Ocean Vivillon. I just found out that my region must be set to Hawaii when I begin the original start file in order to have my Vivillon evolve into a Ocean Region type.

If I were to trade with someone from Hawaii, would that Scatterbug eventually evolve into a Ocean Region Vivillon, or will it still go off of my own DS region settings?

I've tried trading with multiple people from Hawaii, but no one has responded so far. I'm hoping maybe I can find someone here and we can ... I dunno, trade friend codes or something to get a trade going? I not really sure how it works... would that work to get connected so that we can trade? I haven't tried connecting with anyone via their friend code so I'm not even sure that's possible, LOL. Help! ^_^
