6th Gen Mega Evolution in Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire

Now just incase you don't see them clearly those shadowed images are of Ludicolo, Shiftry, Sableye, Sharpedo, Camerupt, Flygon, Zangoose, Seviper, Salamance, Metagross, Latias and Latios wether this is real or not i don't know but we have seen sableye so maybe! Mega Metagross and Salamance is extremely Over the Top mind you!

It's fake. I'm sure if it was real, they would have shown an image instead of a poster. It doesn't make sense haha :)

Apparently, Sableye can learn Calm Mind, which could be a nice alternative to Nasty Plot. Will-o-Wisp can already take care of physical attackers and Magic Bounce basically eliminates the need to run Taunt.
What I wonder is this: If I sent out a Prankster Sableye holding the Sablite and then clicked a status move + the Mega evolve button, would Sableye keep Prankster's priority for the turn it Mega evolves?

That's true, irc the Pokemon keeps the speed of it's Pre-Mega until the turn after it Mega Evolves... But who knows about ability speed (or priority) it may or may not remain for that first turn.

We know how the reverse works. When Bannet gets Prankster on mega evolving, it doesn't kick in till next turn.

So Mega Sableye will be the opposite. Having Prankster the first turn, then loosing it on turn 2.

So Turn 1: Prankster Calm Mind. Turn 2: Prankster Recover(Mega Evolve) Turn 3: Wreak Face.

I hope the speculation of the team boss megastones is true. (Fingers crossed!)
If it is I hope Camerupt and Sharpedo are the ones that get to be Megaed. Mostly Sharpedo, but no matter.
I think sableye just got cuter and more powerful. It reminds me of a (Hope Diamond?) gem that was cursed and all owners are killed. By *drumroll* Sableye!!!

A cursed gem? Maybe it should've held a Sapphire or Diamond instead xD (there's a lot of rl stories of cursed Sapphire and Diamonds).

There's barely any Mega who keep their hidden ability but I hope Sharpedo will be one of them.

Who knows? Maybe, like Charizard, Sableye will get two or, dare I say? Five megas. Maybe one for each of the gemstone named Pokemon Game? Mega Sableye R (Learns Cursed Drill?), Mega Sableye S (Learns Cursed Jump?), Mega Sableye E (learns Cursed Voice?), Mega Sableye D (Learns Cursed Bite?) and Mega Sableye P (Learns Cursed Overthrow?) . Before you all shoot me down, I just want you to know that one can dream.
Also, they say that all Burmese rubies (Very, VERY expensive), known for their pigeon blood colour are cursed for their miners. Sorta like blood diamonds, but blood rubies.

It can't, but to be honest, Sableye is a pretty tough little defensive cookie anyway, like, if you saw one in action that's well EV trained, you'd be surprised on how it holds up! I think it'll be interesting how the mega forme can hold up too, though, it's sorta tough to let go of prankster, hmmm.

I noticed that Mega Sableye's teeth went from white to a golden Yellow...wonder if it's design will encorporate more kinds of precious metals/gems such as in the back. I don't think we know how it looks from behind yet...maybe it'll have some sapphire back spikes.

This made me love the design even more. YAY! But wouldn't the Sableye be half metal? And not it's confirmed types? Did I read something wrong?

Really excited to see exactly what the stat boosts are for these Megas; will be crucial in finding out what competitive roles they'll be able to play and which ones they won't be able to. Woah, seems like it's largest back stones are at least Emerald's and Sapphires (with tinier rubies in there). Wonder what it did to it's diamonds which used to be it's eyes...
Correct me if I'm misremembering but I don't think they gave us the stat number pre-release (or at all...that may be calculated by fans) for the Megas (same for nearly every Pokemon). So I think we'll have to wait until November to see any confirmed Numbers.

Lol, now you're just trolling. None of those would make good fighting types either way.

Speaking of Mega Magmotar it could be Fire/Dark with Mega Electivire being Electric/Fighting. Of course Mega Jynx (or a Mega for her evolution if they are to give it one next gen or another one) will keep Ice/Psychic

I've been thinking, what if they give Sableye a boost larger than the typical 100, like 110. After all Mega Alakazam was only 90 points higher than normal Alakazam (sure it's normal self got a 10 point boost this gen but so did Ampharos yet it'sMega still got all 100 points typical of a Mega). It will give Mega Sableye the chance to be a real wall.

I think Mega Jynx is my next big desire because of the fake Mega Jynx reveal that was leaked last summer. It looked more than real and I was already falling in love with its design before it was confirmed fake.

I just don't see any mega stones given to those who are not from Hoenn. We got Mega Diancie yes, but it is suppose to be in a movie soon and it is suppose to Mega Evolve. So, they just wanted to add a Diancie Stone without having to patch the mega stone into XY.
