6th Gen Mega Evolution in Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire

Mega Sableyes

Mega Sableye is interesting, as it has a ruby, not an Emerald, or an even gem that wouldn't represent one or the other version. I think there will be multiple forms of mega Sableye, one could be the normal one, though they could also have an alternate version, where he has a sapphire, and it could be more offensive. They would swap stats, and the sapphire could instead of being a shield, be a giant sword, and it could raise his potential of a physical attacker, swapping the stats, raising speed and attack greatly, though lowering defense and special defense.

The one mega I want is Mega Hawlucha

A lot of people seem to be wanting a Mega Hawlucha. I'll rather see it get a normal evolution though.

I have always hated Gen 3 and dreaded the day the remakes would come. But now that Mega Metagross was confirmed, I was like:

I don't think they'll give it another Mega. But if they do I'll like to see Mawile get another one too that's focused on defense instead of attack...

I think there will be two Mega Sableye forms aswell. It makes no sense for it to have a Ruby when it is from sapphire(isn't it?) I think we will have Sableye Alpha and Omega. Just my guess tho

And I wish they'd give us some sort of hint as to what Pokemon they're focusing on with giving megas, I mean is it just Hoenn Pokemon or are they going to give them to the generations who were left out with the XY megas.

I mean yeah Metagross and Sableye would obviously point towards Hoenn, but Diancie got one, too, so... idk. I don't count the starters since they were obvious.

I hope 2nd and 5th gen get some lovin' with the megas this time around though.

Generation 2 got several Megas: Scizor, Heracross, Ampharos, and Houndoom. It could use some more though. Like the Johto starters, along with Mega Kingdra, Mega Lugia, Mega Ho-oh, Mega Suicune and friends (if the Kanto Mascots and the Hoenn mascots are getting Megas and Primals the Johto Mascots should get something too as they already finished their remake.)

I want Mega Luxray. I hope if it's made this generation it'll be Electric/Dark and have Tough Jaws.

I would love to see Mega Luxray! In general, this Pokémon is very underutilized, so hopefully, something like a mega-form would help giving it a boost.

It would be strong. However I imagine they'll boost it's attack instead of it's defenses. Maybe they'll make it Psychic/Dragon so no more STAB Aero Blast.

I'd kinda prefer that they make Mega Lugia Water/Flying. Lugia always seemed to be more of a Water Pokemon than a Psychic Pokemon to me. Though that 4x Electric weakness would bite.

I do too, but I assume they didn't make it one as to not copy RB. Similar to why Suicune is possibly not an ice type, if it were they would've been seen as pure clones of the bird trio, with the Johto mascots being more powerful clones of the International Kanto mascot duo. I actually think this played a part in why Groudon (normal) wasn't made Ground/Fire too as Kyogre was already water. Kind of ironic that now we finally get a part Fire Mascot with a water pokemon as it's counterpart for the first time since RB.

Right now, don't see them giving many non-Hoenn legendaries a Mega. Diancie was most likely an exception because of its movie coming out.

Besides the Johto duo were in Emerald so they'll likely be in these games. So now would be the chance to give them Megas.
Also Water/Flying is only weak to Electric (well 4x but still) and Rock while Psychic/Flying is weak to Dark, Ghost, Electric, and Rock. So Water/Flying may actually be a better competetively. Sadly no Water/Flying Pokemon has been able to bring out the most from the type :(. I think a Water/Flying Mega Lugia can.

Sceptile getting a mega pretty much is everything I could want, however, if I had to ask for others specifically I would love to see Mega Pelipper and Mega Slaking.

I think Mega Pelipper could revert to a sleeker build like Wingull but still have a bit of girth (think Togekiss for overall body structure). I would like to see boosts all across the board, but specifically in Atk and Sp Atk. Ability would be Competitive or Big Pecks.

For Mega Slaking, I think stat increases would be minimal or maybe a small decrease in speed for a small increase in attack. Slaking should basically get more girth and muscle. Biggest boon would be the removal of truant as an ability. I would suggest replacing it with Thick Fat.

Thick Fat will be an great for it, it won't give it any power boost but it does give it resistances to two types. I can see it's stats gain 20 each, or maybe become balanced like how Metagross is said to be.
