So, how many glass of water do you drink each day? 2? 4? or 8?
I do not drink water.
I get really annoyed when people claim that soda dehydrates you because if that was true I would be literally dead, so clearly it must be a myth.
I don't keep track of how much water I drink but I drink a LOT of water. I only drink juice with meals and I quit soda back in August. 2 months strong lol.
I love water, always makes me hydrated and feel good.
Just some links for you to read. Be upset with me all you want for refuting you but I'm just concerned with other human's health as well.

Things I did not say:
1. Soda is healthy.
2. Water is unnecessary.
All I'm saying is that the simplistic "soda dehydrates you" is ******** because I have gone very, very long without drinking water and I am not dead. Therefore, considering when you're not drinking anything you literally die within days, the conclusion is that the particular myth that I was talking about (once again, the myth that's completely unrelated to your links) is BS.
You're welcome not to drink soda; however, your advice on my health considering your lack of knowledge of the first thing about me is unnecessary.
You might have gunk in your sink's drain which is causing the water to have that odor. Might want to get that checked if it's a concern. My apartment's tap water smells funny (can't be bothered to spend money on bottled either), so I only drink water when I'm at restaurants or back at my parent's place. I'm sure the assortment of juices and iced tea I drink have enough water if that counts for anything.

I had no idea this was a thing people said. I've heard people say that alcohol dehydrates you which is actually true, but I've never heard that soda dehydrates you. I believe water is a key ingredient in soda anyway.
