  • What is the easiest Pokemon to level up to level 100? (One that you can catch in Omega Ruby)

Reason I'm asking, is because according to Serebii.net, you have to have a level 100 in your party to encounter Zekrom/Reshiram in a mirage spot.

Well you could always get a traded Pokemon, PokeAmie it to give it an exp boost, add a lucky egg and then go to Blissey bases with lv 100 Blisseys that only knows Healing Wishes.

They're a held item on wild Happiny in some of the Mirage locations, it's a very rare 5% chance so yeah it's not very easy to get and as far as I remember hearing, no NPCs give one to you. A Compound Eyes user leading your party is highly recommended if you want a better chance of getting Happiny with a Lucky Egg.

Actually you can get one much easier, some Pelipper can hold them if you search them through the DexNav.
I've got about 7 of them this way.

If Swampert, it'll be about tide.

Although, don't get fooled by the price. They only cost $1500. The rest are just really overpriced Hard Stones.
Thanks, found out how to get the mega stones.

Where are the Blissey Bases located?

ok i have a couple quick questions about alpha sapphire

    1) what pokemon can you catch with the old rod besides tentacool and magikarp? have i been trying to catch a wailmer for hours like an idiot or not?

    2) I've been trying to find a minun in the wild for ages and haven't come across a single one? it says there is (by the shape of the shadow on the map thing which i assume is a minun) but i'm having no luck in finding one...

    1. I recall some areas have Goldeen also being fishable with the Old Rod, notable areas being Petalburg City and Routes 102, 111, 114, 117, 120 and 123. Route 119 also gives you Feebas, albeit extremely rare.

    2. Minun is only found in normal encounters in Omega Ruby (in Alpha Sapphire you find Plusle instead) but Minun can be found in a Horde Battle with Plusle, where there's one alongside four Plusle (the opposite for Omega Ruby). It's a similar mechanic to the Plusle/Minun encounters in X/Y, where one of the two is exclusive to one version normally but both can be caught in Hordes.

To sum that up, in terms of normal encounters Minun is in OR and Plusle in AS, but they can be found in the other version in hordes only, which contain 4 Minun + 1 Plusle in OR or 4 Plusle + 1 Minun in AS.

    1) You can catch Goldeen with the Old Rod in the north-west area of Hoenn. Wailmer can only be caught with a Good Rod and above.

    2) As Minun is Omega Ruby exclusive in terms of a regular encounter, you can't find one through regular means. They will only appear through hordes. You can encounter hordes manually by using the item Honey or the move Sweet Scent.

Personally, I used Manectric and I loved it! It is a bit weak until level 30, where it learns Discharge, but after that it's just smooth sailing. It also has a Mega Evolution, which can be a plus.

I used Magnezone in a playthrough of Platinum once, and it didn't let me down. You can find Magnemite on Route 110.

Hello and good day to everyone~ I have three questions that I hope anyone can answer. ^^

Anyway, what are the chances that the opposing wild 'mon will have the same nature if my first PKMN has synchronize?

Second, where in blazes can we get Timer Balls? Those balls could probably help me a LOT with catching legendaries. >.>

    And third...

    Spoiler:

    It's a 50% chance.

iirc it's the Rustboro mart, but you first have to talk to a scientist guy near the entrance of the Rusturf Tunnel for them to be available.

    1. 50% on most Pokemon, and 100% on Pokemon that are in the Undiscovered Egg Group.

    2. Rustboro. You need to talk to a scientist on Route 116 in front of Rusturf Cave before you can buy them.

This may be more of a subjective question, but for a contest, am I better off forgoing the contest scarves for a mega stone (on my Salamence)?

If you max out the two contest stats adjacent to the one you're planning to partake, you can still beat Lisia in terms of stats. If you do, I'd say go for it. I did it on Gardevoir myself, and let me say that I've been crushing her ever since.
