What do i do after we found out what happened to green.I mean after she acted weird and all of that stuff.The last time that i took the ferry it sent me to route 9.Do i continue from there?

From route 9, Dive to the path which was blocked by laprases.

I do not know what is the problem. It worked for me in beta 11E. Did you fight some dark guys on the path to that house?

Sorry if I'm asking for help again and again. but now I'm stuck. I defeated delia. I caught all the rogue pokemon near rudy. I called Oak, he told me the story of Ash's dad etc. Tried calling Ivy, she did not pick up. Now where do I go? I came to Valencia Island, no one is in Ivy's lab or Pokemon centre. Also, I still havent found the town map, and none of the pokemon centres have town map.

Almost every Pokemon Center at Kanto has a town map, but as I said a lot of times, it's useless.
Also, go to this spot and just.. walk, that will fix the cutscene not triggering:

You should trigger a battle against "James", "Jesse" and "Meowth".
After that, go to Ivy's Lab and you'll have 2 battles more.

Im at the indigo plateau. I have spoken to ash on phone. Beat green wheb stood next to blue. Ive spoken to everyone there but i cant get to the next part which im guessing you do the 1st battle of the tournament. Can someone let me know how to progress?

Even if you dont have the recipe it still fuse. I think to unlock that you need to fight Hoopa at Mirage Island. Prof oak will give you the ticket after winning the orange league. And even in morning the fusing still works

I've stated it two or three pages before... Chlorophyll is Bulbasaur's HIDDEN ABILITY. Also, it seems that you're using an older beta version, since the game has been (almost) completely decapitalized. Please get the latest beta from the first page.

So.. I just finished the Mirage Island Arc.
It was SERIOUSLY cool, I loved that weird crossover with TLoZ and it was kinda interesting reading such a sad story with this twisted version of Link.

These are the bugs i've found throughout it:
1) Darunia should say "will" instead of "would", if i'm not wrong.

2) He should be an "Occult", not a "Biker".

3) Hoopa isn't "???" Type.
I've just searched in Serebii and is "Psychic/Ghost" Types in its Confined Form and "Psychic/Dark" Types in its Unbound Form.

4) This is the most important one.
When finishing the Arc, the Tour gave me the Ticket to the Orre Region.
And when I went there through the S.S. Anne ... welp..

Also, before going to Orre i've reported my findings in the Mirage Island to Oak, he just told me that the reality isn't realistic sometimes and that's it.
He didn't gave me any other ticket or anything.. so basically, I don't know what to do now xD

OOH, Okay.
Now's when I talk with the Occult Mina in Valencia's Pokemon Center, right? xD
I remember that i've read that sometime ago in some other post but I didn't thought I reached that, but apparently I did.

Nvm.. I talked with her and nothing happened.. she just said:
"One day the dark god will come and destroy this world." and that's it xD

I thought that speaking with the boy that seen me trapped in nightmare would help, but nothing.
Also, i've spoke with Ivy and now I have to go to Mt. Pyre in Hoenn to get the Red and Blue Orbs, the problem is that I already bought the Blue Orb in Mandarin and that I don't have a ticket to Hoenn xD

Since I don't know what to do now, i've decided to rematch the Kanto Gym Leaders since I didn't do it before the Orange Archipielago.
But Brock is always in his day off and Misty says that the world is peaceful now without the Team Rocket, even when I didn't beat her Lv100 team yet ;_; ...

Ookay.. I can't fight against Janine/Sachiko either..
She says that she's lossing support of the Fuchsia City's community and that she needs her dad..

The Flowerbud Village Arc looks as random as in Beta 10c.
I've did the Hypno Lullaby's Arc and the Herp Derp Arc and now I just don't know what can I do..
I know there's someway to go to the Sevii Island and Hoenn, but I can't just figure it out :/ ...
I guess i'll try to focus on catching the Regis, until someone can answer me..

Does anyone know where Entei is? ... I've got Suicune & Raikou, but I never found Entei ;_; ...

For orre reigon :- It is mentioned in Glitch section.
For tickets :- you can buy them from valencia or vermilion pokemart.
For entei :- I think it is in the cave before hamlim.
