Pecilia's excuse for not whispering is that he thinks Naku did something to counter this, but of course he has no evidence or any kind of solid reasoning behind that conveniently suspicious secrecy.

Others that have been scumread are Klippy as Grendel, and I'm willing to believe that, considering his poor defense against that accusation and the fact that he quickly disappeared.

The evidence is that it would be a very rookie mistake for someone who has GMed a few game. I am going to wait for Johnny to receive my whisper when Naku gets to it.

Also, I re-read Gunner's accusation and it's crap. Grendel has only recruited one, the day phase clearly says that Grendel tried to recruit the hippocampus and he couldn't just because the hippocampus is dead.

"Grendel laughed as he transformed his second target. First a pet, now the master. This was going well, despite his initial upset by the Hippocampus"

Could also be interpreted as the Hippocampus switched the initial target with someone who Grendel had targeted. We know what the Hippocampus does because of the Tanuki so that opens something different.

Mk. So I read the phase so far and nothing said so far strikes me as more scummy than the way Pecilla is stubbornly resisting any request by a full-safed town-sided player to whisper their roles to them. That's just holding up the game and not helping. If you have grumble, talk to Nakuzami; they won't bite...and maybe they can explain the mechanics a bit more to assuage your concern.

I'm really good with riddles, and it said the riddle in the phase post if you missed it. It was kind of obvious tbh. Actually I wish I could be the Sphinx, that seems like a fun role.

Whoops, missed the updated Night phase post. And there have been third party variants of the riddler in past games (Once Upon a Time had Rumpleskilton, and Batman had The Riddler, obviously), but this is the first mafia variant with a killing power.

It's just possible, Naku is a regular and a mafia game veteran, he wouldn't make a huge loop hole and imbalance in his game. XD So... Before something like that gets added in the game, we better get rid of the mafias (especially their recruiting role).

Uh, the mafia don't have a recruiting role? Only Grendel.

Is there a fool in this game? Because that's probably the only legit reason for Pecilia to be doing this. Either you're maf or a bad town and either way that makes you a hindrance.

I don't understand the Klippy is Grendel thought train though, please explain?

Woah, hold on. I actually abstained from the whisper for practically the same reasons as Pecilla. Naku's an experienced GM, so he wouldn't just include an immortal, confirmed innoccent role without any drawbacks.

I feel like he's gonna die somehow tonight because there's no way the game would be decided by whispering roles on days 1 & 2. That's too simple and quick of an end for a Naku game.
