Heh. My first game was Red on my little blue Game Boy Pocket. My brother got Blue. We both still play Pokemon to this day, although I don't think he's into it like I am. But he's always been the better trainer. :/

thx. sorry i havent vmed you in a while. ive been... busy. havent gotten to work on the yellow song either, unfortunately, so i dont know when it will be done. (stupid summerschool). and in my free time ive been reading a really good fanfic. between reading that fanfic, summer reading assignments, and writing papers for school, i havent had much time to be active, tho i never log off. oh well... we take life as it comes, tho we dont like it much.

Yeah, but if I can avoid reading them online I do. It's not cause they are scans or I have something against that (I used to be such a scan fiend a fews years ago haha)- it's just I prefer holding the book in my hand and curling up where ever VS sitting in front of my PC for hour upon hours. ;P

RBGY is okay, I read those the first time around with Viz. I enjoyed them a lot, but that was about 10 years ago so I might feel different when I read them now. And I do really hope they make it past book 7. I also hate for my book shelf to start at #8 which is another reason I'm buying them again. XD

Well I think it's still better than dropping almost $20 (after shipping) for one of those Chuang Yi books on eBay. At least Viz has the right price for me heh. And I usually pay less than cover price anyhow. In fact I think book 2 came out the other day...might zip over to the bookstore now haha.

Ah well I actually meant Jun as in the one in the game, with his hyperactiveness and such. I made up a name for him in the game, so I just said Jun since I didn't know any other name for him. I guess this one would be more like the Special one since it's closer to the game?

Lucas and Jun are in inside joke? What does that mean? Are they parodies of real people or something? Gaaah I dislike reading manga on my PC, and I'm not sure if Viz will go past Yellow this time...but now I want to know this joke, lol.

I watched the show back when it first started all the way up to the Orange Islands I think? I dunno, there was this annoying guy named Tracey (US name) near the end. Maybe a little Johto. That's all I remember. I don't have cable so I never see it anymore. Is it even on regular TV anymore? I read the first mangas Viz put out ages ago - the bigger books, not compact like todays manga, but sold them a few years back. I've been buying the new printings of them though. Got the first Pokemon Adventure and the first two D&P mangas.

Favorite characters...hmm...I find always enjoy the lead characters - Red, Gold, Ruby (Brendan?), etc. Right now I'm kinda revisting all of the series since my interest has spiked a lot lately, so opinions are changing. Playing through Ruby and FR again right now. And well Platinum too. So a favorite one....hmmm...well I do find the rival in D/P/Pl to be very funny. His name is Jun in the manga. I get a kick out of him. XD

Favorite character? Oh geez. Uhhh do you mean game or manga? I haven't watched the anime in *years*, and I've only just begun to read the manga again through the Viz books.

Oh I found it while browsing some Japanese sites for a few hours awhile back. Just clicking link after link - see where it takes me hahaha, I don't understand much of it. :p
