    I have to resort to getting the old airbrush out for the county fair to do spongebobs on t-shirts if I want to make money u_u.... but because I don't have an online business or anything I can't make a true profit. It's less than "shoestring" funds... it's like "hobo pulling carpet fiber from dilapidated nursing home with needle nose pliers" funds. ;;

    ;; I know. I get to into a certain theme and then after about a week I can't stand looking at it any more. But I don't want to be a big flake so I tolerate it and eventually surrender and change the whole thing.

    But I'm sure you know how that feels lmao. It's the curse of every artist-- if not procrastination. That's probably why 90% of everything stays unfinished. u_u;

    That's actually a very clever way of looking at it! I never thought of it as its own form of art before.

    And now that I'm thinking about it... I'm playing around with ID links and whatnot right now. I have it set to jump to the top of the thread, but I'm wondering if it's possible to set the link to jump to the top of another post entirely. Cause my gallery is split between two posts, and I'd like viewers to be able to get to the bottom of the second one, and jump to the top of the first one, ya know?

    I'm planing on overhauling my entire gallery, mostly because I don't think I can tolerate my whole "super girly" theme anymore. Pink / purple is great... but I no longer think that's the attitude I want my thread to have. Whenever I get the process started, I'll definitely be hitting you up for help! I think my biggest problem is getting control of how to organize everything so there's a clear foreground and background. For instance, keeping text opaque on a partially transparent background. ;( If that's even possible lol

    Edit : Btw, I've always used your css help thread for everything I've ever needed. That tutorial is absolutely wonderful and the resources included in there are just fantastic. In fact, that's why I've never asked for help before! Your float explanation saved my life! <3

    Yeah I had started to lose motivation a bit back in April, and shortly after got a job where I didn't have 24 hours a day to program games. I'd probably still be at it if not for that, and the fact that I got a new better job last week with even more hours and way more pay. I think about jumping back in here and doing stuff from time to time, but my free time is so limited I keep talking myself out of it. I would love to come back and see a bunch of awesome finished games to try out here (even though the community is getting further and further behind the official games, with no feasible way to catch up. there's nothing wrong with old school though).
