Ok, I've got your pokemon. Level 1 female Deino with a modest nature, a 31 speed IV, and an "alert to sounds" characteristic.

It will take especially long because I now have to breed that deino with a modest ditto attempting to pass along the speed IV. If attack goes then it's just even more blind luck.

Well I have a ditto with all perfect IVs, so the attack IV was just a lucky inheritance where as the speed came because I had it hold the power anklet. Now, I can guarantee another speed and probably another IV as well, it might not be attack. If it has to be attack it might take a bit longer. What else are you offering beyond leftovers?
