They probably didn't think things out enough with digital downloads originally. With what you said about digital downloads, I'm just gonna avoid them altogether now. It would be smart of Nintendo if they somehow made a way for all game data to be saved if one did ever break/lose/etc with their 3DS.

Does Nintendo back up data/purchases in any way? Those would be my two major points in determining if I download a game digitally or not.

I'd still rather own physical copies of games, because I heard digital downloads can take up a lot of memory :< but those sound like good games! I'd like to get Luigi's Mansion one of these days and possibly the new Mario & Luigi game.. all I have now are Heroes of Ruin (which was given to me by a friend, and I never play it anymore) and I have Animal Crossing New Leaf

If it should happen, they do easily snap back in like they do come off, but just be careful :P

Out of curiosity, which 3DS games do you have?

It's bad enough that whenever I want to take the SD card out of its slot, it comes out fine but re-inserting it, my fingers are large enough that I have to use my stylus to get it back into the slot >_<

Yeah I like mine too! The only thing I have noticed about it is that the back appears to be able to come apart easily.. I discovered that the first day I owned mine when trying to remove the SD card from the slot.

Hey, it's been a few days since we last spoke (via VM) :) how are you enjoying your 3DS XL so far?

Yeah that makes sense I was planning to get a 3DS for X and Y and I thought the size of an XL would enhance my gameplay more and make me more into it. Plus I have a DS Phat which is about as big as the XL so it would feel normal in my hands. There's a bunch of other games on 3DS though I heard were good too and I'm sort of interested in them too!
