My friend, who is pretty good at Wifi battling and EV training, claimed it was EV trained. I dunno. Thank god I came to PC.

A friend helped me EV train an Altaria to Level 100 and that's all.

I know how it works. I used to think that, before I came to PC.

That's pretty impressive. I thought you had to EV train your Pokemon to Level 100.

That's fast! What level does it usually take to have them fully EV trained (assuming they do not need to be evolved at a certain level)
