Indeed he is, but seeing as you like tea (which I imagine 007 feels hes too good for) you wouldn't be so sociopathic, more of a "Annoy me and I'm going to put something horrible in your drink" than a "I'm going to kill you because people who make a lot of money and always wear suits say its okay".
