Very true and I was aware of that but I dunno, maybe the way you typed it out led me to assume otherwise. Probably feel like I was patronizing you or something so apologies if I came across that way.
Man, since you're quite into Greek Mythology, if you could put up with the violence and gore, you should give God of War a try. The story line is not too different to the PJO one in some aspects. Basically the main character Kratos, kills Ares and becomes the new God of War in the first game, in 1.5 (the one I was playing at your home) Kratos goes and kills the God of Death Thanatos.
In the second game Zeus becomes consumed with fear (because Kratos opened Pandora's Box to receive the power to kill Ares) and the three main evils (Greed, Fear and can't remember the last one lol) are released. Fear grips Zeus and he kills Kratos. Gaia saves Kratos though and after he makes his escape from Hades and now Kratos wants revenge against Zeus. Gaia advises him to go seek the three Sisters of Fate so that Kratos can return to the moment before Zeus kills him to try and kill Zeus (because Kratos is currently mortal but if he returned back to that moment, he would still be the God of War) so he ends up killing the Sisters of Fate (of course) goes back in time and just as he's about to kill Zeus, Athena takes the hit. Zeus flees and then Kratos uses the power of the Sisters of Fate to transport the Giants to attack Olympus.
God of War 3 is basically Kratos killing most of the Gods, Titans and Giants he comes across because Gaia betrays him at the beginning of God of War 3 so now he's pissed off at everyone loool. He lets Aphrodite live though, but otherwise he kills every other God that crosses his path. Gaia and Chronos die too. Good stuff!
Back to Eevee theme I see ;p
