Yes, it does, and I apologize. Court dates are never healthy for a mental state, but dates that consistently turn out to have been postponed upon arrival are even less so. I simply do not trust myself enough to keep such large problems out of unrelated conversations on the internet, but with that trouble "tossed onto a back burner," so to speak, any chance of exploding should have been deflated for the time being.

Anyway...as much as you might not intend to, it is very difficult to keep an argument topic away from the arguers when talking through a computer screen. That tone you noted--although I am truthfully not certain whether or not that was mainly supposed to be a veiled compliment, considering the context--is mutated and/or amplified over the internet, where actual intention is lost among the bytes of data. That leaves interpretation up to the other person, which is where false perceptions kick in and the trouble begins. ...Yes, I admit to still falling victim to Pandora's Box despite knowing exactly what is inside.

Even discounting this or looking only at arguments held in person, the point still exists where continuous arguments become tiresome or overdone.

...So, considering that you had gone without noticing the Friends box for so long, I take it that you had also yet to notice the updated contact information.

There is simply too much confrontation here. So often when weyou and Ichaste began a discussion, it inevitably degenerated into an argument. Before you became a Moderator, this was not a problem, but since then...the "You Make the Card!" thread and this VM conversation itself are evidence of the increasing friction. I realize that you may very well not see them as such, but when a discussion with another individual becomes less of a joy as it is a chore or even a deterrent, I see this as a sign of a larger problem. Between this decline and certain real-life troubles, both court-related and non-court-related, I would have rather removed this stress early and quietly before it inevitably exploded. This is not about my feeling insulted, nor is it about wanting to leave. This is simply about keeping fuel away from the fire.

Before you mention CARD GAMES, I considered that as well. However...despite what certain others might say, I do not take such obligation to a story lightly. Besides, playing as Kuso provided...a sort of vent, albeit a limited one. Still, I realized that any more arguments with you--especially regarding this specific topic--could cause unneeded trouble there, which is why I refrained from any more posts in "You Make the Card!". Now that this has come to light, I will need to reconsider my choice.


As for the Friends list, I was not at all accusing you of doing nothing other than stare at your profile. However, you have admittedly been spending time staring at my profile, which has the Friends box on the right-hand side of the page. I did not see it as unreasonable at all to believe that you had noticed it at one point or another.

I also grew tired of that song the moment that I learned of the existence of the "Ze-ERO" series. You should at least try a theme somewhat related to the location.
