And don't give me excuses, the only real excuse in the world for anything is that you were busy watching 24, and I'm positive that you weren't. I don't think any person that has authority likes it when a commoner comes in and starts acting like he or she owns the place though, but I don't think they'd take it personally. As for something you were lacking, maybe self control. If you were biting the heads of newbie roleplayers while Loki was casually helping them, which person would you mod first? Not saying you'd be a bad moderator. Actually, I can't really say much, having looked through one old thread and read a sentence that you typed. I liked the first link you gave me, that was beautiful. Loki just imposed her authority for all ten pages and didn't rise to the bait (which was plentiful) thrown at her.

If what you said about Loki not wanting to be a Super Moderator due to too much responsibility is true, well, if I didn't already have undying respect for her, I'd have it for her now. Raichu Master is still around though, he logs in weekly, or he did up to around April where he just disappeared of the map. Kongeta, I've never seen or talked to in my forum life, would he/she have a new username nowadays? And no, I've never heard of (let alone talked to) an Alana, but if she was hailed as a God of roleplayers, I have no doubt that she was.

Oh, God. I just read the second thread you linked me to. The fact that the roleplay board was as dead as the people posting in that thread made it out to be is disgraceful. I neever thought anything as bad as that could ever happen on a forum as big as this. Normally, when the literate roleplayers lose all their time, a roleplaying board is infested by an illiterate swarm and the board gets double the posts it would normally get. What that thread is complaining about is crazy, it really is. Loki was the moderator at that point, wasn't she? Also, where you said that a month was the expiry date for roleplays, I have to thank you for pointing out the obvious. I actually disagree with telling off illiterate people, in my opinion, the only illiterate roleplayers (or writers, for that matter) can improve is by roleplaying alongside people that are better than them. They aren't going to learn if people shout at them, I think they'll only get worse.

Yeah, I figured that .fate was a moderator of the roleplaying boards at some point, but Lucien Lachance? Why, she was posting about five days ago. She had a post count of two thousand and something but I'd never seen her post so I suspected that there was something I was missing.

Hm, after checking out your roleplay, I might sign-up for it if I find the time. Yes, I'm aware of the irony of that statement after what we've been talking about, don't point it out.

Well, maybe, 'have been' was used a bit lightly there. My bad. I've read through a lot of old threads in all boards and I noticed that you joined a lot of roleplays in your time. Also, if you were a regular before Loki joined (or, as she was known back then, Xenocrates), surely you'd've been moderator of the roleplay board for some sort of time period despite inactivity, or were you an absolute idiot who only transformed into a good poster when you left for the military? And yes, before you ask, that was my idea of a joke. I gathered that there was a time when the threads weren't moderated, when I looked at the poor quality threads back in '04 and '05. Not saying all of them were bad quality, but there were some that would never have been moderated. Also, if you spent loads of time with the report button, surely you would've been promoted to moderator at one stage? But no, and the mind, it boggles. But, yeah, Loki knows what she was doing. She actually disapproved my Journey Roleplay and then we had to argue about it for a bit and then she approved it. She's an amazing moderator, should be a Super one by now, now that Matthew has stepped down.

Moving on, what you were saying about lack of roleplaying activity about a year ago, it's a roleplay board. It'll wander in and out of activity like oni flygon. In a month, it's busy, another, a graveyard has more visitors. But can I ask a question? You said, 'we were discussing.' I'm just wondering, you and who else? Curiosity always gets the best of me. As for illiterate roleplayers, yes, I've seen a few old roleplays that have made my eyes bleed. How were you able to put up with that and who was the moderator of the roleplay board back then? And about those name changes, you're not the only one. I've been active here for the past eight months and most of my friends, well, I can't find them. They've all gotten name changes. It's not funny, especially not after the memory wipe that lost the history of the previous name changes.

Actually, what four roleplays are you causing you to work on character profiles? I'm only part of one roleplay now since The Grand Tournament died due to lack of activity (one of the greatest roleplays ever) and I'm normally part of three at a time. Plus, if you're taking part in it, well, you're better at English than me and you only learn if you're with someone better than you. As for fan fiction, I have two one-shots in mind and a chapter for my fic I want to write that I can't. My Microsoft Word doesn't work anymore and no one knows how to fix it.

Yes, and you have been in the roleplaying sections too, I believe. Oh, and trust me, you're not the only person who doesn't know the people that are roleplaying regulars these days. Back in January, there was, what, maybe fifteen or twenty good roleplayers that knew each other rather well. They dropped in and out of activity (as is the norm) and then around May, loads of random roleplaying posters joined and joined different roleplays in their thousands. Not that I have a problem with that, most of those new roleplayers are literate, it's just that no one that I know knows who these people are. Now that I think about it, I need to branch out from Pokémon: Roleplay and move into Other: Roleplay.

Anyways, moving on, nothing much. I decided to remove all signatures and avatars in my settings because they held up my horrible internet connection. What about you?

I could go with a couple of duels in Spirit Caller, but I would be a little rusty as far as the game's card pool goes...and I certainly would not want to battle you at 2:00 in the morning while your parents are asleep, thus forcing you to keep the volume turned down. ;P
