On your HGSS RNG abuse thread thing
It has a prerequisite is to kill all of the roamers
Is this nessasary? Latios/Latias hasnt appeared in my game yet, plus I never killed Riakou and Entei, they both ran from me once or twice then I caught them.
Does this mean I wont be able to RNG abuse?
