I recommend you read this warstory as I believe that Jonathan has a highly effective stall team (finals of Smogon Tour Four), I would show Obi's stall team but unfortunately I can't find it anywhere =(

Anyways most stall teams are, walls but it is more like 5 walls - 1 sweeper in which the sweeper cleans up at the end.

Spikes and Toxic Spikes and Stealth Rock are mandatory on a stall team, you won't be stalling much without them. I'm not good at stall teams, you could ask Anti-Pop for help on that but I know basically how they function etc.

A stall team does not have to counter everything, and I believe that a reasonable stall team cannot cover everything. Mostly you need a Spiker and a Spin blocker, almost completely standard for stall teams. I believe you know what Spin blockers are - Ghosts immune to Rapid Spin thus nulling its effects.

I don't know, its pretty much with the addition of Wobb that stall teams took a huge hit, given that Wobb can pretty much reduce said walls into setup fodder or PP stall them with Encore.

I haxxed airconditioning pretty badly
BeachBoy and Dark_Azelf managed to down Wobb before it could do much, BeachBoy with a Lava Plume burn (stupid 30% =( ) and D_A switched in a CBtar, not before Wobb KOed Bronzong I must add.

So far the best log I have gathered was King Tyranitar's battle with me. But I got Sand Veil hax, >.> Mostly Wobb turned Vaporeon into setup bait for Chomp (locked onto HP Electric) and everything he threw at me missed except 1 Ice Beam from Bliss which was negated w/ Yache Berry.

The only loss was KT haxxing me with Gliscor Sand Veil, 2 fatal attacks missed =(

Maybe I could post some sections but so far I haven't really got a good one.

I took that into consideration when suggesting that, but if you're that wary of it just run something else like Blissey/Snorlax if you haven't already...

Spiritomb is pretty good, isn't it? Good defenses. And you can WoW (Will-o-wisp) non-Flash Fire variants.
