When you live on the fringes of a rich metro, you tend to get weird combinations like that.

It's probably due in no small part to the large amount of large farms in the area. Also because it's a town on a big lake. That tends to attract wealthy people.

On other lists that tend to be suburb-centric, Chaska places perennially. though Chaska is filled with weird people who chose Chaska over, say, the clearly superior town 8 miles to its northwest that don't need no "Best Places" list placings to affirm its awesomeness

Every Day I Need Attention is notorious for being pretentious.

The Twin Cities area as a whole is a nice place to live, though, winter weather excluded.

Yeah, but one of them was just plain blurred out. It was two guys in viking gear fighting each other and when you're right in front of them it's blurred out but if you go down the street then you can see them clearly.
