  • I hope that went well for you, gorgeous~
So I wanted you to know, I haven't been able to afford cable... and some other things. So yeah, I may not be around for a while again </3 Miss you :/
I know very, very little about those. If you go with tiny cars, at least make sure you have an automatic transmission. There's very minimal loss of fuel economy, and the transmissions need less expensive work over time until it actually dies (by which point it will have ideally hit close to 200,000 miles), since manuals, though cheaper to replace entirely at the end of their lives, generally need several more physical tuneups than an automatic, and now are starting to get noticeably shorter lifespans than their automatic counterparts (since automatics have half a century of technology behind them already).
And for comparison, my family's 4 cars have 134000, 140000, 145000, and 197000 miles each. They last a freaking long time now.
Oh Anna you are just a peach aren't you! :D I don't know what you were on about saying you couldn't sing, you sound great to me!
Nope. Because then the Lemon Laws would perfectly cover things. As it stands now, most used cars have too many miles to be covered by Minnesota's lemon laws, which cover up to 75,000 miles.
    Overheating both times.

It's good for consumers like us... sort of. Because Lemon Laws in most states are for cars from decades when they didn't last nearly this long.
    Why yes I did.

It's part of how we got to our current state of things with cars in America.
Oh dear. At least it wasn't as highly trafficked as, say, 62 westbound near 100, or the ramp off of 35W coming out of downtown onto University. Those spots were not fun.

If a competitor goes out on a limb and makes cars last for a couple decades, then the rest may follow suit if that garners that competitor more sales.
An exploding radiator doesn't sound so good. I had mine replaced in my car when I was having overheating problems, so no explosions involved!

Cars these days last a good while. They have to last a long time so people will buy from their brand again.
Luckily. This indirectly reminded me how old all of our cars are, though. The one hit was a 2003 with 140k miles on the odometer, and that's our newest car! But it's fast becoming our second most worn due to the fact that it's the best on gas out of the 4.
It's just about done doing that at this point, I hope. at least I didn't hit a deer like my brother and parents did on their way home from my brother and I being the sober cab crew for them tonight - my car isn't covered to the level that my parents' cars are
Uh... it's still there, but it's been being held on by duct tape for almost two months now. I've just been paying for more important things on that car that have been breaking, like stuff under the hood.
uh... it was 3 large 3 ring binders to store my Pokemon cards in, 3 packs of pages to fill those, some more Pokemon cards, and some vitamin water, I think.

and then I bought ice cream, pizza, candy corn Oreos, candy bars, and more Pokemon cards today

Which is a lot of money considering I should be buying a mirror right now. For my car, I mean.
They seem awfully rude to me. It's great that you decided to stop being involved with them, you should not put up with people like that. That's part of enjoying life! :3

Are you still going to school? Or college or something? lol
    I know, right? :3

Shush, you know it's true. :P
What fandom is this? You know how I hate drama. :(
