Update time!
So, after training Mr. P(wingull) a bit, I went to Petalburg and talked to the Dad. I "helped" Wally catch a pokemon, and then departed the city. In Petalburg woods, I caught a Silcoon and a Tailow. Trained them up until Silcoon evolved. Then I headed further into the woods...
Awesome, I totally want to try this. Give me a sec...

Well, after much coin flipping hard thought, I've picked a Flying type challenge. I'll be doing a single challenge...
There seems to be a pattern of "renewing" the series every odd numbered generation and then expanding on the existing pokemon in the even numbered generations. Based on that, I can see Gen VI being much like Gen IV by having a bunch of new pokemon and also a bunch of evos/pre-evos of older pokemon.
So you're saying only 650 species can exist on one planet at any given time? That makes so much sense...
So? This is Nintendo's fault? Take some initiative and learn about them instead of blaming Nintendo for making "too many."
Also, you do realize GameFreak makes the games right...
I can't pick just one. I'll list a few:
-Dream Eater: Just the idea of eating something's dream and stealing its health is awesome.
-Hi Jump Kick: WATAAAAAH!! Any questions?
-Flash Cannon: I dunno, I just really like this one.
-Thunder: The classic, all powerful electric move.
-Flare Blitz...
