When you're viewing a video, look for the code with the word "EMBEDDED" and just copy/paste it into the thing that says "Insert Video Code"

RMT = "Rate my Team". Basically just post your team with some comments and such, and people will give you feedback on how to improve it.

You should post a RMT. S&M needs some good battlers, especially now with a huge conflict tearing apart much of the current ones.
