Seriously Anime/Manga writers can make ANYTHING "Fun and Interesting."
The Avy is Azuma Kazuma from Yakitate Japan! a Bread making anime THAT IS HILLARIOUS AS HELL! So many anime references (DBZ, Detective Conan etc.)
The Profile Pic is Yoshitaka Waya from Hikaru no Go, it's about a 4000 yr. old board game from China. It game really is fun and playing the game is an actual job in Japan. I have a Go board that's collecting dust at home XD. LOL See ya later. ^_^

If they write a lot, it's only common courtesy to write a lot in return.

Plus, it's pretty darn hard to create a long welcome if the new member's introduction simply says, "Hello... I'm new." xD

Surprisingly, they are memorable! One would think we wouldn't remember each individual one as we sometimes end up saying the same statements over, but they are easily discernable. :o
