Oh that's fine, I wasn't too concerned about the reply, I've been busy.
Well, what me and Le Pug have is well, we had to restart the hack several times due to really bad glitches but Le Pug came up with the idea to get a github account and store back-ups in there in case another glitch pops-up we wouldn't be far behind from our last back-up. And back-up constantly, it can help minimize many glitches.

Oh, I'd feel bad to if you got someone to overwrite hard work by others too so I completely understand, I just saw that the pokemon icons for the newer ones weren't inserted so I'd figure to volunteer. And thank you for looking at Pokemon Discovery and enjoying it as much as you did, well screenshot-wise anyway. I swear that half the hack is basically ASM stuff. I dunno how Le Pug does it, and believe me, I tried. :P

Oh, and I can't do any of those things that great but I can point you towards other people. For titlescreens, ask someone who has made a titlescreen, I think DestinedJagold can help, Shinx and Spheal too, they are very well known and talented hackers. For Worldmaps, I'd go to DestinedJagold or a very good worldmap maker, there's bound to be one in the Graphic Art and Design or whatever section. For tile insertion, while Le Pug is very busy like me, he may be able to give you pointers, he has a great tutorial too btw. Those are just the first people that came to my mind. :/

nvm... my sister already took the phone I'm using for playing Pokemon Hacks.. that selfish brat.. she already have an S4 yet she still have interests to that old phone -_-.. I wouldn't have used it if mine wasn't broken due to her impulsive reactions... pfft.. anyways.. I have already been at Natur Path and talked to everyone there but it seems that no one have a Salac Berry... aaaaannnnd maybe its hidden on the ground? still can't okay T_T

I had a funny feeling it was just a problem with the vars, and don't be sorry for any of the inconveniences. It's really tough to work alone in rom hacking, especially when you're new, trust me on that. And it's a very good hack for someone that is still new, actually scratch that, some hacks that are up there aren't as good as the ideas and implementations in this hack.

If you want, since I'm somewhat good at rom-hacking (on and off since 2010 but still can't script and do ASM/HEX stuff. Oh, and I also am working with Le Pug on Pokemon Discovery, so there's all the proof you would need xD), I can get all the added pokemon all iconed and I haven't really noticed, but I can also get all the pokemon to have the Chaos Rush sprites. Only if you want me to though.

Also, I decided to play the game in the Seeker side and then on the Loxar side to get the full experience and I got to the part to break into the Seeker base and like in the thread, the warp was broken. I fixed the warp (Axtra region? What is with all the A's in this game xD) and fought Ryba. I won, but then I couldn't talk to Solomon, and interacting with Aries gave me an unlimited ammount of black orbs. Probably another script/var error but you kinda still need to fix it. xD

hey Avara.. I already have the Enigma Berry, Arbok Venom, but I dunno what was the name of the berry but where can I get it? I wanna start breeding D:.. please reply since you didn't seem to notice at the thread.. :D

Hi, I just wanted to say I really like your hack, it is very unique compared to others on the forum and I really like the freedom you gave to this hack. I've been eyeing and playing the hack since the name wasn't even invented yet!

I do have a problem with version 2 though, after the scyther swarm event I caught a scyther, tailow, and hoppip in the grass and then went to talk to Gregor. After he gave me the next mission to catch three pokemon, the player freezes. I don't know if I did something bad on my end or if its just a script malfunction but I don't want to get stuck in New Bora again for my second time since version 1.5. xD

EDIT: I managed to bypass the script and got teleported back to the main region, I clicked on Gregor from the north view and that did the trick, I don't know if I'll experience reprocussions later on but it had to be done.

That can work in most cases, but be careful not to overwrite the stuff you do want changed.

Hey, found two small mapping glitches (so far) with V1.5:

1. The bullies house. The back wall, just under the painting on the wall.

2. Brun Cliff. Just as you leave Brun Valley there's a black box, it fixes itself if you return to Brun Valley then proceed, but just thought you'd like to deal with it.

I have no idea. First, make sure it is not the items by checking if they work with Fire Stones (and make sure Fire Stones work first) and then check the pokemon by switching them out. If both still work, but not together, then we have a big issue.

You see, whoever told you that is not very bright. Now, you can't edit Up-Grade itself, since it is a hold item so you would need a make a new item called Up-Grade and then do it. However, the ability to evolve a pokemon using a stone has absolutely nothing to do with the stone's ability to evolve any pokemon. There is no cross referencing. Basically, the game does this:

1. Checks to see if you have pokemon that can evolve with that item.
2. Checks if the item can make pokemon evolve.

There is no cross-checking or other counters.
