To add to what Hikari said, to reply to someone you can also click "view conversation" on the bottom of each VM (visitor message) otherwise you will just be posting on your own wall and the other person will not get your message!

No, you still need to learn how to VM properly.

Click the username of the person you want to message and then send it on their profile.

Also, remember that moderators are here to help you so if you ever find yourself lost shout out a message to them.

Hi Azzor. You should first read the rules found here: http://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=242861

and also rules that are stickied in each section. To get a profile picture up you just need to go into your control panel, also called "user options" or "user CP" depending on what style you use. This should be near the top of every page or the top of the main page.

PM or VM a moderator if you need further help. I'm sure they'll be able to sort you out.
