Hi batto! Things are good mate, I haven't been on here as much because I've been, well, actually playing Pokemon :) I've started runthroughs of Sapphire, Colosseum and Diamond. Been sure to post on PC at least once a day though. I'm actually looking forward to go back to school (WHAAAT!?) this week, I've been ill and whatnot. What about you man, how are you? Doing anything this long weekend? :D

I didn't much care for it when I found out about it either. Although, it does add a little bit more difficulty to training, making it more rewarding when you're done.

Not quite an expert on it, but as an example, if you have a level 20 Pokemon defeat a level 30 Pokemon, you might get 500 exp. points. If you were to beat that same level 30 Pokemon with a level 50, though, your Pokemon might only get 200 exp. points.

So basically, the weaker the Pokemon that you're facing, the fewer exp. points you'll receive from the battle.
