    Congrats on your PC Anniversary.
    I'm hoping to leave a message here when you reach a full decade next year too!
    Just noticed its your ninth anniversary. Congratulations! Thanks for the input you've given me in my fan-fics, it's much appreciated.
    Thanks! I'll get started on those. I must admit, seventeen genres is kind of hard to think of.
    Nah, it doesn't sound forceful. xD Actually 5,000 was the shortest that it usually went to, on average chapters went to over 7,000 words with the longest going to over 10,000 words. I always personally found the longer with less paragraphs easier than shorter with more paragraphs, so that's why I kind of have a hard time understanding the preference over the latter but I do see what you mean. At first I only posted my story to get more readers but after looking over old chapters it kind of just became more about reliving the nostalgia I got from releasing chapters the first time around, sorry if that sounds selfish. I'll still try my best and be more considerate for those who are displeased

    I understand what you mean. Personally it depends on the length of a story. If it's a long story than I give it up to 10 chapters to capture my interest and if it shows promise to me I give it until 20 chapters to fully determine whether I'll read till the end. For shorter stories I give it about 5 chapters to catch my interest. Yeah, those type of readers are definitely hard to please. In fact I recall once a reader got on my case for the rookie protagonist not breezing through everything within the first 2 chapters of my story.
    That's fine. I won't be working on that one for at least a week anyways. And three chapters in a weekend is what happens when I have nothing else to do.
    No, it's alright you didn't come off too strong. xD I'll break up the scenes in this Chapter since it's not too long and I did notice the imbalance with the paragraphs in this chapter but I can't completely guarantee that I can do the same for all of the longer chapters that come afterwards. Not to say that I can't do it out of inability but after years of using this summary-like formatting and the flow of the chapters being accustomed to 1,000 word paragraphs, it would take a lot of adjusting to, to be able to do a complete overhaul of the story formatting. Sorry if this comes off as lazy or selfish.

    Actually I do have a question. xD As a fellow writer I was wondering, how many chapters of a story do you usually read through to determine whether a story is worth following or not?
    Hey, do you have a skype by any chance? I actually want to get some feedback on how I'm doing with this so far :o
    oh, ive actually not considered that haha...im SO used to writing full-out multi-chapter stories that i forgot entirely about one shots. oops
    of course, the biggest problem is the setting, the characters, the general plot...

    i just have a habit of mentally regurgitating my ideas on paper and then asking myself whether or not this actually makes sense to write about afterwards >.>
    I don't need luck, I need the damn Dragon Balls. Even the people good at Algebra said that it was hard af. It would've been different if there was one session - I could've looked over the problems and went home to study - but I don't know, the district wants to fail us all
    Hey Bay! I'm going to actually get back into writing again!

    After recently purchasing a 32 GB flash drive, I've been contemplating on what I should do with it, because I was primarily using it so I can switch from windows to linux, but then I realized I might as well get back into the scene of writing fics again like I once did.

    You can look forward to having them posted in FF&W...at some point! Once I brush up on things and don't feel super rusty. ;___; I take pride in my writing!
    lol @ our past vms

    but yeah you're free to call me angie/angelica if you want. id prefer that anyway over derk, but like i said i dont overly care. xD;
