About 10 hours, but I kept SRing and then I got lucky. I might have kept it, if the speed and HP were higher.

I have two Scizor. One named Black Ace and another named Red Joker.
Black Ace has Substitute, Iron Defense, Roost and Baton Pass.
Red Joker has Bullet Punch, U-Turn, Pursuit and Super Power.
Basically, one's offensive and the other's defensive.

I was thinking of doing leg ups with the weights. We sometimes got to use that to focus on our legs.

I know, I said he was my dad. He needs to give me encouragement though. What the hell is he doing by not giving any? Only makes me mad, but not mad enough to try harder. My mom's helping me more than he ever will, and my coaches are doing better too.


Stretch.... stretch.... I wonder if that's it. Maybe tomorrow I can attempt to run a moderate size road and see if stretching helps.

Wow, I can run a mile in about 12 minutes the last time I tried, which was like in 8th grade the fist semester. :/ I can probably do better, but I don't really know.


I have been improving slowly, I just struggle with what I need to focus on next. Got legs to do but also got arms to do. Got to run a bit but also got to bench a bit. :/

I got six weeks before Summer and Summer Training is going to be hell and I know it; no one likes it so I'm preparing for it. Wish me luck. ;D

I have no idea what Nowhere in Africa is, that was my sister's choice. The Good, the Bad, the Ugly is an old movie that's probably why you haven't heard of it. Clint Eastwood is in it though.

Well, I played Basketball for 4th and 5th grade, and I tried to join my first middle school's basketball team (middle school is split in two in my place for some reason), so I'm not new to joining sport teams, just Football. Something I would have shot down before last semester; I was actually considering Baseball, and still somewhat considering it for next year.


At least you can do a lap. I tried running a lap like I did last week but I just could not. I ran a third of the way the first time and took a break for another third, before running another third (ran 2/3 of a lap the first time).

Then, to make the track less imposing I shortened it to one side of the track, and run back... that would equal about 3/4 or 4/5, but it didn't really feel like it. I guess the sight of long distance scares me.. I'm just not motivated enough.

With that said, I don't really have to run since I'm not required for track, like most players, so I'm doing this at my own pace. I might try out track again though just to get me ready for summer training.

Today I attempted to hold down a squat. I did one for a minute and three for thirty seconds. I really hate doing them but I want to strengthen my legs the next time I got to squat; I almost cried in pain last time because my legs can't really support my upper body.


My mom likes it. A lot. My dad is expecting more, but it's not surprising considering he's my dad. :/ Could at least encourage me more. He practically mocked me when I said I ran a lot on Friday because he thinks I can't do anything athletic right.

I know. :) I just rather join once I think I have a good color scheme going on. Yeah I will, I'm going to start all over probably tomorrow.

The Good, the Bad, the Ugly, Nowhere in Africa, and some season of a tv show my sister wanted. The movie I'm going to watch tomorrow is The Good, the Bad, the Ugly. Lately I've had a thing for westerns.

Well, my sister found the lost Netflix movies! We even had one that I had been dying to see for a while. I think I might watch it tomorrow since it's about a four hour movie.

All my hyperlink colors are black though not orange. I'm going to give it another try and see what I get. Maybe I'll look up color schemes if I get that into it. :3

Ahh well at least that's all cleared up now. Anyways anything new or exciting happen today?

I was thinking of trying out in that prettiest profile contest so I played around with the color scheme for a while. I think the one I have going on right now has too much blue and green though. I don't really have a good eye for these things so if I can't get it to work out just right then I won't bother entering. Nice to meet you too, Borey! :D

I guess it is just me then. I'd say my avatar gives it away, but I feel like more guys have girl avatars then actual girls do. Oh well~

BTW, can't I take part in April's Prettiest profile contest? The rules(Jordan's post) clearly state that previous winners CANNOT enter. BUT the member who only have the profile 'designer emblem' and not the 'prettiest profile contest' winner CAN enter. That's so unfair! I want to get the profile designer. I even asked netto about it. But he...he just told me to join PPC. What should I do? ;~;
