Serebii isn't lagging because of a new server thing, I think. There was an announcement about it.

Hmm... odd - have encountered a few 'off' times, but nothing major. Better than Serebii used to be, but that has not lagged for more than a month now all of a sudden... it seems they got these updates now as well.
