About Water Bubble, is the double Water-type move power in the script ? I dont know much about scripting, but it seems to only currently contain the burn prevention and the reduced Fire damage.

There seem to be a bug with 2.4 Vermillon City Gym, my game crashes after pressing the first button.

For the tilesets, the classic BW and HGSS are good choices. Most of the time a fangame uses very specific tilesets they are created by the creator from the game and are most of the time not avaible to public. I don't know many modern tilesets but you can check deviantart for tons of tilesets...

I am starting my Pokemon fangame and I'm learning RMXP and Essentials. Meanwhile I'm drawing the region map, a really mountany region with no borders to the sea in DPPt style.

Pretty nice, Pinedrift Town is pretty, only wierd thing is the river being so much higher than the beach, normally water always searches a way down, but here it could be just a very narrow lake. Poke Center looks neat too, the Quiver Town/Meadow are also nice, just Route 1 with the beach looks...
