Yes, they always do. The thing is that there is only a 20% chance of holding a pokémon inside, and in those 20% chance the cubchoo is 1% chance of being the pokémon and in that 1% chance there is a 30% chance of it being female. This is going to be a pain!
I also plan on finishing my weather teams. I have the weather starters already. I have a swift swim kabutops and it's surprisingly strong. STAB waterfall plus weather boost... And if I manage to set swords dance it becomes a really strong sweeper.

No, I don't know how to get a DW cubchoo. I'm going to expand my DW wishlist though, seeing as now there are many more pokémon with their hidden ability available. I'm going to research a bit and I'll let you know if I find out. I also want a swift swim beartic! :P
