I have not; I don't hack Emerald. They can probably be ported fairly easily if you can find the relevant offsets though.

When I went looking at the source it seemed like it was just straight unimplemented. I never bothered fixing it, and just used other tricks to get around it; at first defining movepools in XSE, and later using .csvs and a Python script to insert them.

Oh cool, I'll have to check it out then when it's up for the public. :3
