ok pretty much the gest of it is lol
1st you sign up for if u wanna be and e4/gym leader/ or trainer
all 3 types can challenge each other to matchs ex gym leaders cant challenge e4 unless they have all 8 badges and same for trainers
if u wanna be a trainer you'll need to fill out your roster of pokemon and all youll need to do is go to the 1st page scroll down until you find the person you wanna be and copy and paster it and fill out the information and post it on the page.
and then you start challengeing the league lol
if your a gym leader u must use at least 3 of whatever type of gym leader you are and if ur a gym/or e4 you have to pick a sign. pokemon that is always in yourt party
and then theres something to do with tokens but im not to sure on what you do with them lol but i know u get 1 for every match you win lol

Lol, if you ask me... I cannot leave with my Water Pokemon lol. I supposed to have all Water Pokemon in my team but I changed to Froslass and Gallade. :P Anyway 5th Generation is awesome. I have mixed team over there and yessss so unfortunate it's Japanese. I cannot wait to play the game so yeah, bought Jap version xD

Gallade can be said the strongest Pokemon I have, and Milotic too. Hehe, hope to battle with you again soon. Maybe 5th Generation in the future? ;)
